Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers and businesses through the online store of BlueBloodSupply.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in our online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.

By completing the checkout process, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the products contained in the shopping cart.

A purchase contract is only concluded once the order has been accepted by BlueBloodSupply through an order confirmation sent by email.

3. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are stated in euros (€).

In accordance with Section 19 of the German VAT Act, no VAT is charged or shown, provided that the small business regulation applies.

In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs may apply. The exact shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process before the order is submitted.

4. Delivery

Delivery will be made to the shipping address provided by the customer.

Delivery times are stated in the respective product offer or during the checkout process. If a product is not available, the customer will be informed without delay.

5. Payment

The following payment methods may be accepted:

PayPal, credit card, instant bank transfer, Klarna and other payment methods displayed in the online store.

Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

6. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of BlueBloodSupply until full payment has been received.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal.

8. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.

9. Liability

BlueBloodSupply is fully liable for intent and gross negligence.

In cases of slight negligence, BlueBloodSupply is only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations and only for foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract.

The above limitations of liability do not apply in cases of injury to life, body or health.

10. Dispute Resolution

BlueBloodSupply is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

11. Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

If individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
