Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party appointed by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by email or by post.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods in a way that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.

Return Conditions

Please return the items in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached.

This does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the customer is decisive, or to goods that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the customer.

The right of withdrawal may also be excluded for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, if their seal has been removed after delivery.
