Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the shipping provider.
For orders within Germany, delivery usually takes approximately 2–5 business days after dispatch.
For international orders, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs processing and local delivery services.

For international orders outside Germany or the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes or import fees may apply.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Returns & Refunds
We want you to be fully satisfied with your order. If something does not fit or meet your expectations, the following return conditions apply:

Items can be returned within 30 days after receiving your order.

Returned items must be:
- unworn and unwashed
- in their original condition
- returned with all original tags attached
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, washing, or are not returned in their original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items
